SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – All Modules

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant for a variety of projects. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to deliver quality solutions within brief timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist client in the collection of design requirements
  • Design and deliver high-quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
  • Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
  • Must be good communication skills and be a team player. Will report to team lead and practice leader.
  • Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules.
  • Clearly document system configuration and business processes.
  • Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing support.
  • Ability to configure and consult on Role Base Permissions
  • Detail-oriented and documentation via Written Blueprint document style is key

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Must be certified in one of the modules of SuccessFactors.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of how to modify, edit and work with XML or HTML.
  • Prior experience in HR Organizational Development or similar HR functional experience.
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
