We are seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant for a variety of projects. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to deliver quality solutions within brief timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist client in the collection of design requirements
- Design and deliver high-quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
- Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
- Must be good communication skills and be a team player. Will report to team lead and practice leader.
- Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules.
- Clearly document system configuration and business processes.
- Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing support.
- Ability to configure and consult on Role Base Permissions
- Detail-oriented and documentation via Written Blueprint document style is key
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must be certified in one of the modules of SuccessFactors.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of how to modify, edit and work with XML or HTML.
- Prior experience in HR Organizational Development or similar HR functional experience.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
